Like the first century Church, when you are a Christian you will suffer and face trials in our society. When this takes place and your reaction differs from how the world would react, people have questions. Are you prepared to answer and give a defense of the Hope with in you?

The religious leaders thought they had God figured out. They memorized Scripture, wore their phylacteries, and followed every rule. Yet Jesus told them: "You don't love God... you love yourselves."

Jesus reminds us that while many had never heard God's voice or seen His form, the Father has testified about His Son through Scripture. Yet despite searching the Scriptures for eternal life, many missed recognizing Jesus to whom these Scriptures point.
